Vitus E-Sommet VR, azul (blue/black)
The Vitus e-Sommet VR Mountain Bike has all the trail-shredding performance and longer travel of a big-hitting 170mm Enduro bike, with a Shimano motor under the hood that kills the climbs and extends access to the most technical tracks.
Experience the rush - the brief snapshots that flood your senses and place you deep in the zone. The feeling of total control as you float from takeoff to landing and rip down descents, from bike park to big mountain. The rush as you roll out at the bottom of the trail and chase one last run. The rush that pushes you to explore your limits without overstepping the mark. Miss the last uplift? Doesn’t matter. The proven E7000 drive unit will soon have you back at the trailhead.
The e-Sommet VR has been developed to run a mullet wheel setup. A 27.5” rear wheel gives you more clearance for steep ground and is more responsive through tight corners, while a 29” wheel at the front eats up rocky terrain and keeps momentum high. You’re getting the versatility of both wheel sizes in one bike. The stability of the full aluminium frame with a seamlessly integrated battery is rock solid, so you won’t be taking just any line, this is a bike for taking the best line. This is a bike that tracks so accurately it rewards you with time. Time to line up the next obstacle and pick your route as the trail unfolds in front of you. The powerful STEPS system, with E8035 504wh internal battery, keeps you fresh on the climbs so you can go all-in on the descents.
The e-Sommet VR is a bike that you sit within, not perch on top. It’s a powerful rider position that puts you firmly in control. Eagerly build your confidence on the refined berms and manicured features of a trail centre, but take a step into the wild and that’s where this bike really comes alive, revelling in the unpredictability of naturally technical ground. Whether threading the needle through the challenging terrain of your favourite forest trails or dropping in on the lively descents of an e-Enduro, speed and traction come easily to the e-Sommet. It thrives in the chaos of steep and challenging trails. Bringing calm where all around there is frenzy.
Internal battery frame design
The much loved E-Sommet is now updated with an integrated battery design, incorporated all aspects of the system within the frame. Engineers designed a battery door on the bottom of the downtube, and by adding strength in key areas and placing cutout on flat surface it ensured the frame retained all the riding performance.
Internal cable routing
Block Lock ICR Acros headset allows neater cable management through the headset. With the block feature limiting the handlebar rotation to ensure your frame / bars are protected.
Updated geometry
Vitus have updated the geometry to give a more confidence inspiring ride. Key changes are slacker head angles and reduced BB drop to aid technical climbing. They have also steepened the effective seat tube angle and made it progressively steeper as you go up the size range. This ensures that each frame size has an optimal sagged saddle position with no compromise.

Alcance
