The Zeal Hi-Vis combines visibility, buoyancy and elasticity. It’s the ideal wetsuit for open water swimmers who face the harshest conditions. The arms, legs and back feature high-visibility orange for safety. The buoyancy of Aerodome 2 technology will keep you feeling safe on your open water adventures. For increased thermal insulation and better sealing, a second layer of “batwing” neoprene is included, which prevents water from entering the suit’s zipper and neck area.

Yamamoto 39 neoprene is combined here with highly elastic Infinity Skin 2 lining and SCS surface treatment. The smooth surface created by the SCS coating reduces water resistance, improves hydrodynamics and provides more speed.

39HV
The combination of neoprene, Infinity-Skin-2 lining and Hi-Vis outer material ensures high visibility and great freedom of movement. The combination of these technologies means that open water swimmers are not impaired in their swimming technique and enjoy extra safety thanks to the highly visible outer material.

V Fit
Orcas wetsuits for women are specifically tailored to the female body to enhance performance and comfort. The improved fit allows the materials to work at their optimum stretch range, and the adhesion of the neoprene to the skin prevents water penetration, improving thermal insulation and hydrodynamics.

Aerodome 2
This technology, used in the lower torso area, gives swimmers 30% more buoyancy than conventional neoprene. The secret lies in its construction: Hundreds of cavities located between two specially treated layers of neoprene. The inner layer is made of a high-quality material with low water absorption, which gives the neoprene more elasticity. On the outside, an SCS surface coating is applied to improve hydrodynamics.

YKK10
YKK-10 zips are high performance and durable components. The robustness of these zips ensures a long life, and precise construction prevents water from entering the wetsuit when swimming.

Batwing
The "Batwing" construction prevents heat loss through the back zip. It consists of an extra layer of neoprene that prevents water seeping through the zip from coming into direct contact with the body and retains a layer of warm water inside. In addition, the Batwing provides a very slim fit at the neck, reducing chafing and water ingress in the area.

USC
In combination with the Hydrolite lining, the laser-cut collar seals the wetsuit and prevents chafing. Water ingress is prevented and thermal insulation and hydrodynamics are improved.
